The Eye Test We All Need To Pass

Because we can't see what it takes away,
and with what censorship denies us the sight of
it makes us think 'All is well', and stops us worrying.

If false reassurance is part of what censorship sets out
to achieve, then that is where we have to beware,
 because a minority that we are not part of
being scapegoated might seem okay today,
but what happens when somebody we know
is denied support for their voice tomorrow?
