Has there ever been a war that was genuinely 'just'?
I will wager that if there was
it was a war that was just because
it was stopped before it was started;
the argument behind it over land or power settled
at it's core before the blood of man and beast was shed.
I would be happy to celebrate such a non-war,
because I would be cheering what never started.
The only difficulty with such a celebration would be
finding the date for the celebration of a non-event.
