Ask any Jew celebrating today,
the day that history says is when Moses
was given the ten commandments,
with the festival of Shavout
a/k/a 'The Feast of Weeks'.
How many of those commands
that they were given then
are kept as they were given?
Presently 'Thou Shalt not Kill'
'Thou shalt not Steal'
and 'Thou shalt not lie
are undergoing significant revision
as the co-ownership of land
is proving to be of such oblivion.
That said when a command is broken
it is never just one command that breaks;
other commands get broken simultaneously
and more break with the hiding of the facts.
Human beings are like that.
