1-preferring to talk to people
face to face, or at worst on the phone,
rather than deal with a matter on-line;
The matter dealt with remains the same
but the eye contact and/or tone of voice
which you employed to deal with it
should show that you still have charm
along with self control and reason.

2-preferring sex to happen by appointment,
this gives you more time to prepare for it
and give you the small but frequent buzz
of anticipation, if not reliving a few memories.
These add to the sense of reward before the event.

3-for spontaneous release jokes and laughter
take less effort than sex does, and if the jokes are old
