The difference in a tweet
between 'LAW AND ORDER'
and 'Law and Order'
is not merely a question of assertion,
where the CAPITALS (CAPS) used
assert an insecure authoritarianism,
that the more agreeable
lower case does not express.
That factuality of the lower case
puts the trust with the reader
rather than wreaking
of the weakness of the leader,
and both messages have their effect.
