A Worms Tale

The world is one big can of worms,
where all too many of them
have too many stories to tell
to grab other worm's attentions.

I share mine and you tell yours
whilst the wealthiest worms
gain more traction for further wealth
by selling their stories in media time,
in media which they own, whilst
formatting other worm's stories
tc provide the worms of the world
with far more words to digest, and feed off,
before like many stories we all get recycled.  

The Father Of Reinvention

In the 1890's Sigmund Freud invented psychoanalysis
 through his extended/inverted reflections on Greek myth.
Thirty years later he sent his collected oeuvre to America
for his nephew, Edward Bernays to translate from German
into English for far wider consumption, and increased profit.
How was he to predict that his nephew would subvert
the purpose of the material-healing through privacy-to reinvent
an unwholesome public deference towards authority, and corrupt
subsistence ideas of supply and demand by making the media
an ever expanding dream? All so that Capitalism and Democracy
could be turned into The United States of Bread and Circuses?
