Movement Is Life
Depression and anger are two ends
of the old snake of unforgiveness,
which whatever our material wealth-
or lack of it-we always keeps moving
between the one mood and the other
with the respite of occasional elations.
Whilst the rest that is longed for, peace,
is always way too late in coming.
