To The Future President Of Planet Earth,

the head of the future one world government;
You can rule some of the people all of the time
you can rule all the people some of the time,
but all to varying depths of personal social control.

But you will never directly rule however many
billions of humans who are alive during your reign
to the degree your advisers say is possible;
they will always deceive you with their flattery
the better for each to defend their positions
of relative influence and control from each other.

And this is to say nothing about how your family
will go behind your when you are unobservant
and cut side deals with ministers you would never
have willingly agreed to if you knew they existed.

Please don't deceive yourself;
The projection of omniscience
always relies on levels of flattery
that undercut and compromise
what the projection amounts to.     

'Keeping In Touch'

is something relatives do
after they have lost touch,
and empathy with those
they once tightly controlled
by faking closeness with. 

Initiative

is a word that people use
to describe the actions of others
when an action praises them,
without them asking for the flattery.
Nothing wrong with that.
But when the flattered take so well
to being surprised by praise,
that they think to themselves
that the sea bed is their universe,
the world is their oyster
and they are the object of tribute,
to be polished by praise
then others, plain as they are,
will disappoint them in the end.
Even as it seems too late
we have to be our own grit,
and resist the tidal shift
of ungraciously consuming
other people without their consent.
