and I am the phobia of all phobias
and the denier of all denials,
particularly when admitting might be helpful.

I inspire the names
people put to their many fears,
as they discover how estranged
they are, one from another
-and removed from the nature
that supports them.

I am the ultimate fear,
the simplicity of avoidance
that, unseen, mutliplies
into overlaping phobias....
