Charity In A Property Owning Democracy

In the USA charity begins at home,
and is often disallowed as public show,
depending on how socially conservative the state is.
This project got through, this one was stopped
-for now. Time will tell if they keep on trying
how much feeding the homeless is permitted.
The idea that succeeded surely won through
did so not just for it's obvious practicality,
but also by being self evidently more charitable
to those with houses than those without.
