One wet Autumnal Sunday.
The leader of the service was polite,
not very chummy and formal of tone.
How evenly he spoke during the sermon
made the point he was trying to make
harder to follow. The point at which
my ears pricked up was the phrase
'personal relationships'. Did my ears
detect a spontaneous repetition in that phrase?
Between the personal and impersonal
relationships can - and will - vary wildly.
