The Past Sure Is Tense

'Agency' is life and choice as we know it;
the Here delivered in the Now.

Different pasts in other worlds
are agency as it was then, edited by the ages.

History is what we assume agency was
back whenever then was the present.

However much we retread the past
it is not a place for us to inhabit.
