I should accept more readily than I do
that if I serially snack through the day,
in imitation of the continuous partial attention
that frequent use of the internet encourages me to,
then the least effort I can make
is to miss out on that big evening meal,
equal to being sat in front of the television,
that most people see as normal.
What other way I can give body and mind
the refreshment they require for the next day
for the next day's snacking/partial inattention?
