Love vs Use

It is through using people rather than loving them
that we have refined the love of control, through ideas
like 'slave' and 'master', such that it is hard to escape them. 

 

Empires Are For Spoiled Children,

the offspring of those who are so insulated
for being in control of their society
that they don't for one moment realise
how well they are doing in this world;
they are the ones who send the orders out
to those who are to be ordered about
who can have no real comprehension
of where their orders have come from.

Oppression Will Expand When Disguised as Choice

The richer the society
the more it will divide.
The rules will expand
and vary to enrich the rich
at the expense of the poor
-who when faced with rules
which imply a choice
which they know is false
and are actually designed
to close down their options
then they learn to work around
how they have no chance of winning.

For not knowing what to trust
to avoid being scammed
the poor will lose the relatively little
that they have-to arrogance and greed,
well disguised as 'intelligence'.  

Ownership-

it creates monopolies, normalises selfishness,
puts life for those who are the property of others
in any tense but the present, and finally
through lies it puts the greed into agreed.
