Little Boxes

I understand well enough how on facebook
it's messaging service has come to replace
the telephone landline of old
and the slowness and 'bother'
of writing and posting letters.

Whilst I admire the efficiency
of it all, the loss of slowness
hides the shrinkage of open courtesy.
