when done by yourself as much
as possible, is the spring clean of a life.
And it will be stressful. That is not
a threat or a promise, merely a prediction.
But the reward for accepting being shook up
is that when what once seemed settled,
both fuzzy and warm, is disturbed
it proves that the comfort of winter dust
is what has grown in layers around us.
To remove that is to find freshness
