New Definitions

-Committee (noun)-a group that sets itself up
to organise something which it always finds itself out of it's depth
with when it's members find they are out their depth with both each other
and the task they have given themselves.
They always find other tasks need completed for their idea to work.
All of which means that they always need more help than any of them
could have foreseen when they started. To justify their existence
they always give themselves small tasks they can manage unassisted,
whilst leaving the bigger tasks they were formed to complete undone.
